I began my professional journey as an Employment Law Attorney, advising business leaders on navigating the complexities of employment law. In private practice, I also dedicated time to pro-bono and board work at my local legal aid organization - an early reflection of my enduring commitment to service and community.

Over time, my passion for people, purpose, and performance led me to transition from law into the dynamic world of People Operations. As a senior executive and consultant, I have guided private companies, non-profits, and public agencies through every stage of team and leadership development. My experience spans a wide range of industries, including law, healthcare, education technology and services, engineering, advertising and marketing, retail, hospitality, pharmaceuticals, and construction. I specialize in helping growing companies and mission-driven organizations optimize their talent strategies and leadership growth.

Whether coaching entrepreneurs and executives or shaping company-wide strategies, my focus has always been the same: to help people and teams do their best work in a way that aligns with purpose and values. I’ve designed and implemented tailored people strategies that improve culture, deepen engagement, and drive real business results. From onboarding to executive or board retreats, from culture-building to conflict resolution, I bring a thoughtful and practical approach to everything I do.

Beyond the boardroom, I’ve facilitated group meditations, led women’s circles, and supported founders in connecting more deeply to their own origin stories. I believe the strongest leaders are grounded, self-aware, and connected to their “why.”

When I’m not supporting clients, you can find me hiking or snowshoeing near my family’s alpaca ranch in the Colorado mountains. Nature, yoga, and creative writing are part of my own leadership practice—and a reminder that clarity and purpose come when we give ourselves space to breathe.
